Simple application:
£750 - £1000 (based on 3-4 hours at an hourly rate of £250). This may include typical small corner shop or restaurant who is to or selling alcohol by way of retail to public

Medium complexity:
£1000 - £2000 (based on 4-8 hours at an hourly rate of £250). This may include medium sized shop or restaurant who is to or already selling alcohol by way of retail to public

High complexity:
£2000 - £3000 (based on 8-12 hours at an hourly rate of £250). This may include large sized shop or restaurant, except supper market, who is to or already selling alcohol by way of retail to public
